Day 54 - Nutrient Dense Whole Foods from the Earth

Upon Waking - Drink pint Glass of Water

Morning Drink - NA

Morning Food - Raw Fruit and Veg
1 Peach
1 Apple
1/2 large cucumber.


Mid-morning drink - NA

mid-morning food - NA

Lunchtime drink - Water

lunchtime food - Snack Plate
Organic Grapes
Organic sprouted Almonds
Organic Raw milk chedar
Organic Dried Appricots


Afternoon Drink - Spinach Broccoli Smoothie
Large handful organic spinach
Half large organic cucumber
1 organic orange
2 tbsp sprouted broccoli powder
Organic Coconut Water
Filtered Spring Water





Afternoon Food -NA

Dinnertime Drink - Water

Dinnertime Meal - Healthiest Tomato Soup and Grilled Cheese Sandwich with spinach bread




Healthy Tomato Soup
Tomato Sauce (see day 53 for recipe)
Organic Keifer
Pink Salt
Filtered Spring water
*Blend in vitamix until creamy.  Heat in pot on stove.




Spinach Sandwich 'bread'
Organic spinach
Organic Free range Eggs
Organic Garlic
Pink Salt
*Bake in oven at 300 for 45 minutes. Cut and store in Ziploc bag for use.
*For grilled cheese sandwich:  Put organic raw milk cheddar between Two slices of spinach bread. Grill in panini press. 













Dessert - Organic Guava Frozen Yogurt with Plum sauce

Frozen Yogurt
Basket of Gauva's
1 cup Organic Probiotic Yogurt
1 tblsp Organic Manuka honey
1 organic banana
*Blend in vitamix.  Freeze.   Then take out frozen and mash in vitamix to make like soft serve.

Sauce
6 Plums
2 organic madjool dates
*Blend in vitamix to make sauce.  Cut in a few a few more plums into sauce if you want to have some chunks.   Pour ontop of frozen yogurt. Serve immediately and enjoy!
