Day 65- Nutrient Dense Healing Organic Foods from the Earth (Thanksgiving Weekend)

Upon Waking - Drink pint Glass of Water

Morning Drink - Water

Morning Food - Steel Cut Oatmeal with fruit
Steel Cut Oats
Raspberries
Kiwis
Pineapple
*A little grape juice from local vineyard to sweeten and moisten



Mid-morning drink -Vegetable Juice
Organic Celery
Organic Carrots
Organic Zucchini
*Juice and serve cold




mid-morning food - NA

Lunchtime drink - Grape Juice (pure from local vineyard)

lunchtime food - Hummus turkey sandwich
Organic red fife homebaked bread
Organci Hummus (See day 64 for recipe) - Two very thick layers on each slice of bread
Organic Turkey on one half
Organic Mixed greens on one half
*Put sandwich together and enjoy with sides of organic veggies and hummus.








Afternoon Drink - Water

Afternoon Food - Three power treats and An Apple (from local apple farm)

Dinnertime Drink - Water

Dinnertime Meal - NA

Evening Drink - Water

Evening Meal - Dried Organic Tomatoes and Organic Raw Milk Cheddar Rolls
(see day 31 for dehydrated Tomatoes)


Before Bed - Drink pint glass of water
