Organic Spaghetti Squash (Cooked in crock pot. Cut and shred it with a fork to resemble pasta)

Well, of course you don't want to get carried away. One is all you need to satisfy the Halloween craving and stay on track. (The last of the Halloween Candy prep with the kids. I am glad it is over. This may be Healthy food for a special treat, but I need to get back to the real food that HEALS and FUELS our cells.)
Nougat
1 cup organic cashews (Soaked rinsed well)
1/2 cup organic macadamia nuts (Soaked and rinsed)
1/4 cup of organic coconut flour (or almond flour)
2 organic madjool dates
1 tbsp organic raw coconut nectar or raw honey
1 tsp Organic raw coconut oil
1/2 inch of organic vanilla bean
Pink Salt
*Blend in food processor until dough forms. Form bottom layer with hands. Refrigerate.
Caramel
12 organic madjool dates
1/2 cup filtered spring water
1/4 cup organic raw honey or raw coconut nectar
*Blend in vitamix until warm and runny. Combine with peanuts and set ontop of bottoms. Freeze. Dip the bars into raw chocolate. Store in fridge until ready to eat.
Evening Drink - Orange Lemon Ginger Drink
