Day 61 - Nutrient Dense Whole Foods from the Earth

Upon Waking - Drink pint Glass of Water

Morning Drink - Beet and greens Juice (Left over from yesterday)

Morning Food - Organic Oatmeal with organic blueberries, organic raisins, organic cinnamon, and organic coconut milk.





Mid-morning drink - Water

mid-morning food - A few organic Hemp Heart bites - Store Bought.  (All natural ingredients)

Lunchtime drink - NA

Afternoon Drink - Water

Afternoon Food - Organic Dried Tomatoes & Organic Raw Cheddar Sandwiches

Dinnertime Drink - Glass organic coconut water


Dinnertime Meal - Canned Wild Salmon And organic tomato
(Was at my parents for dinner, so I brought a can of salmon and a tomato with me.  Viola.   No processed food.)


Evening Drink - Organic lemonade
Organic lemon
Organic raw honey
Filtered spring water
