Day 58 - Nutrient Dense Whole Foods from the Earth

Upon Waking - Drink pint Glass of Water

Morning Drink - Vegetable Juice
Organic Romaine Lettuce
Organic Celery
Organic Carrots
Organic Spinach
*Juice and serve cold
 



Morning Food - An organic Apple, an organic orange
Mid-morning drink - Hummus on lettuce boats and a few corn and kale chips with hummus

Tomato Hummus
Organic chickpeas (1 can drained and rinsed or fresh soaked, cooked, and rinsed)
2 tablespoons organic tahini
1/4 cup water
1 small organic garlic clove (crushed)
half organic lemon (juiced)
1 tsp organic cumin
1 -2 tbsp. organic Olive Oil
Pink himalayan salt
3 organic sundried tomatoes
1 small organic regular tomato
*Blend in food processor for 5 minutes until creamy.










mid-morning food - NA

Lunchtime drink Blue Fiber Smoothie
Organic Spinach
Organic Superseed Powder (Garden of Life)
Organic Blueberries
Filtered Spring Water

*Blend and serve cold



 
lunchtime food - Hummus Sandwich
Very thick layer of hummus (See recipe above)
1 Slice of Raw Milk Cheddar
2 'slices' organic brown rice crackers
*Make a sandwich and enjoy


Afternoon Drink - NA

Afternoon Food - NA

Dinnertime Drink - Water

Dinnertime Meal - Organic Chicken and Vegetables with cheesy carrot lemon sauce
Organic Spinach
Organic Onion
Organic Tomato
Organic Pepper
*Cut vegetables and bake in casserole dish at 350 for 30 minutes.
*Cook organic chicken separately. Layer with sauce.


 

 


 
 




Cheesy Carrot lemon sauce
A chunk of raw milk cheddar cheese
1 organic carrot
1 organic tomato
1/4 organic lemon (juiced)
1/4 cup cashews
pinch Pink Salt
pinch Garlic Spice
1 cup filtered spring water
*Blend in Vitamix on high until warm.  Pour over meal.
