Dinnertime Meal - Turkey Soup with a few Quinoa crackers

Evening Drink - Lemon, Ginger, Cranberry Blast

Organic Ginger
Organic Cranberries
Organic Power Honey (With royal jelly and propolis)
Filtered Spring Water
*Blend in Vitamix and Serve Hot
