Afternoon Drink - 1 glass organic Coconut water

Afternoon Food - NA
Dinnertime Drink - NA
Dinnertime Meal - Thia Squash Pumpkin curry with shrimp and scallops
Pumpkin Squash soup (left over, see recipe day )
Red Curry Paste
2 Organic Garden Carrots
Organic Spinach
Organic Coconut Meat
Organic Fresh Ginger
Organic Fresh Tumeric
Organic Quinoa (cooked in filtered spring water)
*Blend all of ingredients except spinach, shrimp, and scallops with the soup in the vitamix.
*Cook Quinoa.
*Add Curry Sauce to Quinoa. Add shrimp and scallops.
*Quick another 5 minutes all together.
