Quick almond milk  - a handful of almonds, a bit of water, 1 madjool organic date
*Blend almond milk in vitamix, pour on top of oatmeal



Mid-morning drink - Organic Coconut green berry smoothie
Organic Blueberries
Thai young coconut water/meat
Organic Spinach
Organic Strawberries
