Day 68 - Nutrient Dense Organic Food from the Earth

Upon Waking - Drink pint Glass of Water

Morning Drink - Morning Juice
Organic Carrots
Organic Apple
Organic Celery
Organic cucumber
*Juice and serve cold.






Morning Food - Mashed Organic Oatmeal
Organic Quick Oats
Organic Raisins
Organic smashed banana
Organic strawberries
Organic Cinnamon



Mid-morning drink - NA

Lunchtime drink - NA

lunchtime food - Fried Green Tomato & Turkey Soup
Organic Green Tomato (from garden).
*Slice and place on panini press (no oil)  Pink Salt, Pepper, and organic garlic powder
Organic Turkey Soup (see day 66)











Afternoon Drink - Water

Afternoon Food - Handful of Organic Almonds and Raisins as a 'tea party' treat with my daughter


Dinnertime Drink - Water

Dinnertime Meal - Pumpkin, Squash, Apple Soup with Ezekiel bread
Organic Pumpkin (Cooked)
Organic Squash (Cooked)
Organic Apples (Cooked)
Organic Yogurt
Organic Fresh Thyme
Filtered Spring water
*Blend in vitamix, serve hot.







Dessert - Healthy Organic Peanut Butter Chocolate (Ice Cream)
- Three Frozen Bananas
- 1 tsp raw honey
- 1 tbsp raw cocoa powder
*Blend in food processor until soft serve ice-cream
*Stir in 2 tbsp organic peanut better.
*Serve immediately.   So good!
