Day 66 - Nutrient Dense Organic Healing Foods from the Earth

Upon Waking - Drink pint Glass of Water

Morning Drink - Organic Morning Veg Juice
Organic Romaine Lettuce
Rainbow Organic Carrots
Organic Zucchini
* Juice and serve cold




Morning Food - NA

Mid-morning drink - NA

mid-morning food - Oatmeal with power smoothie on top. 
Organic Quick Oats
Organic spinach
Organic Raw Almond Butter
Organic Strawberries
Power Honey (including royal jelly, propolis)
Bee Pollen
*Blend everything but oatmeal in vitamix and pour on top.
*Add organic chia seeds, organic flax seeds, and organic raisins on top






Lunchtime drink - Water

Dinnertime Meal - Organic Turkey Soup
Organic Turkey (Left over from Thanksgiving) Broth
Organic Carrots (Chopped)
Organic Celery (Chopped)
Organic Onion (Chopped)

Organic Garlic (Pressed)
Pink Salt
Organic Himalayan Red Rice
*Simmer for a few hours.   Enjoy this nourishing organic soup.
