Organic Frozen raspberries
Organic Spinach
Organic left over almond milk
filtered spring water
*Blend in vitamix. Serve cold.




Morning Food - Organic Peanut butter and honey on toast
Organic Ezekiel bread, lightly toasted
Organic Peanut Butter
Manuka honey
Dried Bee pollen

Afternoon Drink - Organic Spiced Pumpkin Milkshake
1 can of organic pumpkin puree
1 organic Apple
1 organic banana
1 tbsp organic pumpkin butter
Tbsp bee pollen
Tbsp Organic Raw Hemp Hearts
pinch pint salt
tbsp Cinnamon
1 inch vanilla bean
Filtered spring water
*Blend in vitamix and serve over ice.
