lunchtime food - Brown Rice cracker with raw milk cheddar and organic orange
(Not proud of this lunch. For some reason this lunch has made me re-evaluate cheese in my diet. I feel like I've been eating too much cheese lately and not enough color and dense foods on this plate. Note to self to not be tempted to cut slices of cheese out of convenience or cravings, only eat cheese as part of a meal that calls for it. In fact, I even though this is raw milk cheese, I am thinking I need to use cheese much more sparingly.)

Afternoon Drink - Organic Garden Juice

Organic Beets (from my garden)
Organic Cucumber
Organic Zucchini
Organic Celery
*Juice. Serve cold

Afternoon Food - NA
Dinnertime Drink - Water
Dinnertime Meal - Organic Green tomato and black lentil kale soup

Evening Drink - Lemon Water
Evening Meal - Spoonful or Organic Raw Almond butter
(This snack has also made me re-evaluate things and as a way to kick up my healing, I have been considering no evening meals from here forward as a way to intermittent fasting. And cutting off all food by 6pm. Only water afterwards.)
