Day 71 - Nutrient Dense Whole Organic Foods from the Earth

Upon Waking - Drink pint Glass of Water

Morning Drink - Warm Lemon Water

Morning Food - Organic Apple Power Oatmeal
Organic Old fashioned rolled Oats (quick on stove per instructions with filtered spring water)
Bee Pollen
Organic raisins
Organic Cinnimon
ORganic Apple Sauce
Organic Super Seed (Garden of Life)
Top with Quick Organic Almond Milk (1 tsp organic raw almond butter, 1 organic majool date, filtered spring water.  Blend in vitamix.)




Mid-morning drink - NA

mid-morning food - NA

Lunchtime drink - Organic chaga tea (a superfood)
Organic chaga bark
*Boil in water





lunchtime food  - Tuna and cucumber romaine sandwich boat




 Turkey soup (see day 66 for recipe)

  Afternoon Drink - Healthiest Organic Shamrock Shake (see day 70 for recipe) 


Afternoon Food - NA
 
Dinnertime Drink - Organic Earth juice
Organic beets
Organic carrots
Organic spinach
Organic Orange
*Juice and serve cold.
 

Dinnertime Meal  -  Organic Green tomato and black lentil kale soup
Organic Green Tomato and corn bean salsa (See recipe day 69)
Kale
Organic dry French lentils (Soaked and rinsed)
Organic Kale (chopped in)
Filtered Spring Water
*Cook in crock pot. 










Evening Drink - Warm Lemon orange, ginger tea
1 organic lemon
1 organic orange
1/2 inch fresh ginger
Filtered spring water
*Blend in vitamix.   Serve warm.



Evening Meal - Organic mixed walnuts and raisins


Before Bed - Drink pint glass of water
