lunchtime food - Organic Tomato and Avocado Salsa (Chop and serve plain)


Afternoon Drink - Organic Garden Root Juice
Organic Kale
Organic Carrots (From my garden)
Organic Beets (from my garden)
*Juice and serve cold

Dinnertime Drink - NA

Dinnertime Meal - Poached organic egg with toast, sprouts and herbs
Organic free range egg (poached)
Ezikiel bread (lightly toasted, plain)
Homemade Salsa (See recipe day 37)
Homegrown Sprouts (broccoli, lentil, and alphalfa)
Organic Cilantro


Bowl of fresh grown sprouts (Germination time about 4 days)



Evening Drink - Water

Evening Meal -  Organic Tortilla Chips and Organic Homemade Salsa (See day 37 for salsa recipe)
