Day 80 - Nutrient Dense Organic Whole Foods from the Earth

Upon Waking - Drink pint Glass of Water

Morning Drink - NA

Morning Food - Organic Old Fashioned Oatmeal with Homemade Apple Sauce
Organic Old Fashioned Oats cooked with filtered spring water
Organic Apple Sauce (see recipe day 79)








Mid-morning drink - NA

Lunchtime drink - Earth Juice
Organic Beets from my garden
Organic Carrots from my garden
Organic Kale
Organic Cucumber (not pictured)
* Juice and serve cold

Afternoon Drink - Filtered Spring Water

Afternoon Food - Organic Seaweed Snacks


Dinnertime Drink - filtered spring water

Dinnertime Meal - Organic Curry Rice Dish
Organic Brown Basamati Rice (cook with some added organic garlic spice)
Organic Carrots (Chopped)
Organic Red onion (Chopped)
Organic Spinach
*Sautee red onion, spinach, and carrots in sauce for a few minutes until tender.  Add the rest of the sauce and serve.
Sauce
Organic Thai Young Coconut Meat
Organic Ginger (a small piece)
1 tsp Thai Red Curry paste
1 Organic Carrot
*Blend all ingredients in vitamix.   Add to cooked rice and vegetables.  Stir in for a creamy dish.


 





 
Dessert - A Homemade Organic Dark cacao and peanut butter cup
(I made Halloween candy for my kids, so I broke down and had one.  Who can resist.)
Organic High quality Dark Chocolate - 71% cacoa (melted)
Organic Peanut butter
*Small layer of melted chocolate.  Freeze.  Add spoonful of peanut butter in middle, add another small layer of melted choclate.  Freeze again.  Enjoy one, but don't get carried away!
