Day 64 - Nutrient Dense Healing Organic Foods from the Earth (Thanksgiving Weekend away)

Upon Waking - Drink pint Glass of Water

Morning Drink - Organic Vegetable Juice
Organic Celery
Organic Carrots
Organic Zucchini
*Juice and Serve Cold

Lunchtime drink - Organic Grape Green Smoothie
Organic Fresh Pressed Grape Juice
Organic Parsley
Organic Mixed Berries
Organic Spinach
Filtered Spring Water
*Blend in Vitamix, serve cold




lunchtime food - Tuna Hummus Lettuce Sandwich
2 slices of romaine lettuce
Canned White Solid Tuna
Red Onion
Celery
Organic Homemade Hummus
*Put together in a Sandwich form and enjoy




Afternoon Drink - Pure Grape Juice (from a local vineyard)

Organic Vegetables
Organic Homemade Hummus (In a carved out pumpkin for serving
Regular nacho chips (For everyone else who enjoys it, not for me)

Smoked Salmon
Capers
Red onion
Cream Cheese and Bread Toasts (for the other people that enjoy them, not for me)
*I ate my smoked salmon with hummus and cucumbers.


Organic Hummus Recipe
3 Cans organic chick peas
1/2 cup Organic Sesame butter
Bunch Organic Parsley
4 large cloves Organic Garlic
1 small Organic Onion
Pink Salt
2 Lemons
1/2 cup filtered spring water
*Blend in Food Processor until very creamy (about 5 minutes)
*Hallow out small pumpkin and serve in pumpkin as a festive appetizer
