Day 76 - Nutrient Dense Organic Whole Foods From The Earth

Upon Waking - Drink pint Glass of Water
Morning Drink
Morning Food - Healthy Organic Toasted Flakes with berries and almond milk (Cold cereal)
Organic Coconut Flakes (Toasted in oven until lightly colored)
Frozen organic berries (dethawed)
Organic Raw Quick Almond Milk - Tbls Organic Raw Almond Butter, 1 majool date, 1/2 cup water.  Blend in vitamix.  Serve Cold.
Organic Hemp Seeds
*Toast coconut flakes, add other ingredients, top with almond milk.  Enjoy!







































Mid-morning drink - NA

mid-morning food - Open faced Sprout Sandwich.
Organic Brown Rice Cracker
Homegrown organic Sprouts
Raw milk cheddar.















Lunchtime drink - Organic Garden Root Juice
Organic Kale
Organic Carrots (From my garden)
Organic Beets (from my garden)
*Juice and serve cold






















lunchtime food - NA

Afternoon Drink - Green Juice
Organic Cucumber
Organic celery
Organic romaine
Organic Spinach
*Juice and serve cold.






































Afternoon Food - Organic Banana
















Dinnertime Drink - natural spring water

Dinnertime Meal - Organic Vegan Sheppards Pie
Organic Potatoes (Scrubbed well)
Organic Dried Lentils (Rinsed well)
Organic Peas
Organic Corn
Organic Carrots
*Cook Lentils and Potatoes separately.  Stir vegetables in with Lentils. Mash Potatoes.

Mushroom Sauce
Organic Mushrooms
Organic frozen Pesto Block.
Filtered spring water
*Combine in vitamix.  Pour some in potatoes and lentil mix to soften.

Bake Shepherds Pie in oven at 350 for 45 minutes.  Serve.
