An Organic Onion
An organic garlic bulb
4 Organic Lemons
1 piece Organic turmeric
Pink Salt
Organic Chili Powder
Organic Cayenne powder
Organic Chili Peppers
Organic Turmeric powder
Organic Garlic powder
Organic Cumin powder
1 small package organic corn
2 cans organic black beans (rinsed well)
1 tbsp power honey (includes propollis, bee pollen, and royal jelly)
*Cook for about 15 minutes. Can and use.
