Day 50 - Nutrient Dense Whole Foods from the Earth

Upon Waking - Drink pint Glass of Water

Morning Drink - NA

Morning Food - Organic Pineapple Lemonade
2 Organic Lemons
4 Organic  Apples
1/4 of an organic Pineapple
*Juice and enjoy Cold.  Very tasty!
 

Mid-morning drink - NA

mid-morning food - Poached organic eggs


Lunchtime drink - Water

lunchtime food - NA

Afternoon Drink - Organic Spinach Plum Smoothie
*Half Organic cucumber
*Plums from farmers market
*Large Handful of Organic Spinach
*Coconut Water
*Blend in vitamix.  Serve over ice.




Afternoon Food - Celery with Butters  / Chocolate and Peanut Butter
1 square organic raw chocolate
Organic celery
Organic peanut butter
Organic Almond butter
Organic pumpkin seed butter

 





Dinnertime Drink - Water

Dinnertime Meal - Organic Garden Tomato and Goat Cheese Salad / Side of Organic Grapes
4 Organic Garden Tomatoes
Hard Goats cheese
Organic Olives
Pink Salt
Organic herbs (Basil, Chives, Parsley)
Squeezed Lemon and Balsamic Vinegar




Dessert Avocado Pudding
2 ripe organic Avocados
8 organic  madjool dates
1 scoop organic raw cocoa powder
1 tbsp. royal jelly (Or 1 and 1/2 tbsp. honey)
Pinch Pink Salt
filtered spring Water to blend (about 1/4 cup)
*Blend in vitamix until thick and creamy.  Put in fridge or freezer to cool and serve 10 minutes later.   Seal and Freeze any left over and eat as ice-cream.
