Day 42 - Healing Foods from the earth

Upon Waking - Drink pint Glass of Water

Morning Drink - Organic Chamomile tea

Morning Food - Mixed Berry Smoothie Bowl
Mixed organic Frozen berries (I like this recipe cold)
Coconut Milk (Just enough to make this blend and creamy but still thick)  
1/2 scoop Goatin Protein powder (Garden of Life)
*Blend until smooth and creamy.  Pour thick mixture into bowl.  Garnish with fresh organic strawberries, organic hemp seeds, and organic Chia seeds.  Eat with spoon.




Mid-morning drink - Organic Chamomile Tea

mid-morning food - NA

Lunchtime drink - NA

lunchtime food - An organic Apple and organic free-range hardboiled farm egg


Afternoon Drink

Afternoon Food - Mini Sandwich Wraps (Tuna and Egg Salad)
Canned Whole White Tuna
Organic Free-range Egg Salad
Organic Radichio
*Wrap and serve with organic dill pickle



Dinnertime Drink - Water

Dinnertime Meal - Organic Cabbage Turkey Tomato Soup



1 Whole Organic Cabbage (Shredded)
Left over Cauliflower and Kale Tibuli Salad (See Day 40 for recipe) 
1 Cut onion
1 cup homemade organic salsa (see day 37 for recipe)
5-6 large tomatoes (diced) 
Organic ground turkey
Organic red Himalayan rice
Homemade chicken broth stock (fill to top)
*Put everything n crock pot or large soup pot until cooked.  Great fall or winter soup.







 

 
Evening Drink - Sweet green Juice (serve over ice)
2 Organic Oranges
Organic Cucumber
Organic Romaine Lettuce
 
 
Evening Meal - Small bowl of organic popcorn. organic butter garlic spice and cayenne spice mixed.



Before Bed - Drink pint glass of water
