Upon Waking - Drink pint Glass of Water

Morning Drink - Morning Health Juice (produce from my garden)
Organic Carrots
Organic Beets
Organic Celery
Organic Apples

Dinnertime Drink - Water

Dinnertime Meal - Organic Kabocha Squash with side of chicken
*Cook squash and mash with organic butter and pink salt






Evening Drink - Orange Juice

Evening Meal - Organic Popcorn with turmeric, garlic spice, and cayenne.



Late night meal - Ice Blueberry Mango  sherbert
Frozen organic blueberries
Frozen organic Strawberrries
Frozen organic Mangos
Organic Banana
Coconut Water (just enough to help blend)
