Juice Pulp Crackers

Dinnertime Drink - Water
Dinnertime Meal - Healthy Pizza and Spaghetti

Cauliflower Pizza Crust
One head Cauliflower: Cut in florets and processed until crumbly in food processor
Sundried Tomatoes or Dehydrated Tomatoes or both
Organic Garden Oregano
Organic Garden Basil
Pink Salt
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup ground flax seeds/hemp seeds/pumpkin seeds (mixture, whatever you have)
1 tbsp lemon juice
*Pulse in Food processor until you can make a 'dough' out of it.
*Shape into pizza crust shapes.
*Dehydrate for raw crust OR Bake in oven on both sides at 350

1/2 cup Organic Sundried tomatoes
handful of Organic Basil
Handful of Organic Oregano
Pink Salt
*Blend in vitamix until smooth and it's ready to go.


Pizza Toppings
A little Grated organic raw milk cheddar on bottom
Organic Goats cheese
Tomatoes
Basil
Spinach
*Top however you like and put back in the oven to bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes


Spaghetti Squash
Organic Spaghetti Squash (in slow cooker). Scrape out with fork to make spaghetti-like strands.
Rest of homemade tomato sauce
* Top with tomato sauce and enjoy!
