Day 47 - Nutrient Dense Healing Foods from the Earth

Upon Waking - Drink pint Glass of Water

Morning Drink - Purple Swirl Smoothie
Organic Coconut water
Organic banana
*Blend in vitamix (Thick and smooth). Set aside
Organic Coconut Water
Organic blackberries (frozen)
Organic acia berry (Frozen)
Organic Sprouted Broccoli powder
Organic Wheat grass (frozen cube)
*Blend in vitamix.  (Thick and smooth).   Pour into glass and layer with the light mixture to get swirl.  Enjoy cold!






Morning Food - NA

Mid-morning drink - NA

Mid-morning food - Organic  Garden Heirloom Tomato Salad
1 large Garden picked heirloom tomato (Slice)
Goats cheese - Hard local
*Top with Pink Salt, Pepper, Organic basil and parsley, piece of Fresh squeezed organic lemon. 
So simple and divine!


Lunchtime drink - Organic Garden Juice
Organic celery
Organic Romaine
Organic cucumber
Organic mixed carrots
 *Juice and drink cold

Evening Drink - Organic tart Cherry Juice

Evening Meal - Square dark raw chocolate (85% cacao) with organic natural peanut butter


Before Bed - Drink pint glass of water
