Day 44 - Nutrient Dense Healing Whole Foods from the Earth

Upon Waking - Drink pint Glass of Water

Morning Drink - Morning Juice
ORganic Cucumber
Organic Celery
Organic Spinach
Organic Mixed Carrots
Organic Apple
*Juice and enjoy


Morning Food - Organic Apple Oatmeal Bake

Mid-morning drink - NA

mid-morning food - Hard Boiled Organic free range egg, topped with guacamole.


Lunchtime drink - NA

lunchtime food - 1 Whole Papaya
*Scoop out seeds and eat with a spoon.




Afternoon Drink - Water

Afternoon Food - Handful of organic sprouted almonds and organic raisins with an organic Apple.




Dinnertime Drink - NA

Dinnertime Meal - Organic Homemade Chili
(See recipe on day 44).  Top with organic cheese and organic greek yogurt.


Evening Drink - Coconut mango Pineapple Blueberry Smoothie
Organic Pineapple
Organic Mangoes
Organic Coconut water
Organic Coconut Meat
Organic Spinach
*Blend in vitamix.  Serve Cold.
