Day 29 - Nutrient Dense Healing Foods from the Earth

Upon Waking - Drink pint Glass of Water

Morning Drink - Sunburst Lemonade

Homemade Raw Garden Salsa (See Day 25 for recipe)

Lunchtime drink

lunchtime food - Tuna salad Boat
Romaine Lettuce Leaf
Tuna (Canned whole solid white)
Garden Tomato
Salad (from day 28)
*Layer some of the salad on lettuce leaf, topped with tomato and tuna.  Eat like a boat.  Serve rest of salad on side.
