Day 36 - Nutrient Dense Healing Vibrant Living Whole Foods from the Earth

Upon Waking - Drink pint Glass of Water

Morning Drink - Warm Almond milk 
(1 minute almond milk for when you need some fast and can't soak, strain, etc.)
3 tbslp Organic raw almond butter
1 tbsp. organic raw honey
1 date
1 cup of filtered spring water (use warm water to make your drink.)
*Blend in vitamix for warm almond milk.  If there is any left put in the fridge for later.








Morning Food - Organic Steel cut oatmeal
Organic Steel cut oats (cook according to directions)
Wild organic blueberries
Dash cinnamon
*Top with almond milk (see recipe above)



Mid-morning drink - Iced Lemon Honey Ginger Tea

Dinnertime Meal - Appetizers with my family for a football party.

Tomato Basil Goats cheese dip
Organic Garden picked cherry tomatoes
Organic Garden basil
1 clove garlic (Pressed)
Half squeezed lemon
Organic Goats cheese log
* mix together and bake in oven at 375 for 20 minutes or until tomatoes look done.
 





It looks really nice when it is done but I forgot to take a picture.  This is after it was mostly devoured by 4 people. Tastes so good!  Serve with organic nacho chips.
