3 tbsp Organic Raw almond butter
1 tsp raw honey

1 Organic Fresh squeezed lemon
1 thumb of fresh organic Ginger
1 tbsp raw organic honey
*Blend in vitamix, strain. Serve hot, warm, cold, or with ice. Delicious and healthy all ways.

Afternoon Food - Pumpkin Chocolate Ice Squares
Organic Coconut Milk (Blend meat and water to make your own, or use canned)
Organic cinnamon
Organic Vanilla
Banana
Organic Pumpkin puree (Cook your own or use canned)
Dash of organic maple syrup, honey, or coconut sap
*Blend in vitamix. Stir in organic dark chocolate chips (at least 70% raw cocoa) and freeze in a pan or Popsicle moulds. (Take out of pan, cut into rectangle serving pieces. You can make them into squares or pour into Popsicle moulds for pops, which I think I would do next time instead because they are a wee bit icy to eat as squares. But now I also have left overs that I can pop into smoothies on demand or eat as is.)



Dinnertime Drink - Water
Dinnertime Meal - Raw Cucumber Zucchini Salmon and Tuna Sushi Rolls
Zucchini (Sliced thin)
Organic Cucumbers sliced in rounds (cut hole in center, use this part in a salad)
Smoked Salmon
Canned Whole white tuna
Organic Cucumber (sliced in sticks)
Organic Carrots (sliced in sticks)
Organic Avocado (sliced)
Organic Norri paper or Seaweed snacks (since I didn't have Norri paper on hand)
Organic Sprouted Brown Rice
Dipping Sauces: Coconut Amino's or Bragg's Amino's soy sauce.
*Core the center of cucumber. Peel or thinly slice zucchini. Assemble all different ways. Have fun and enjoy! Serve with dipping sauce and chop sticks.
