Afternoon Drink - Lemon Ginger Immune Builder1 Organic Orange
4 Organic Lemons
A thumb size ginger
A tbsp raw honey
4 Cups filtered spring water
*Blend in Vitamix. Serve hot or cold.

Afternoon Food - Dark Chocolate and Peanut Butter (needed a pick me up)
Organic Dark Raw Chocolate (75% cocao)

Dinnertime Drink - Water
Dinnertime Meal - Organic Thia Coconut Curry with Shrimp over Rice

1 cup Organic Lemon Ginger Immune Builder (see recipe above)
2 Whole Thia Young Coconuts (water and Meat)
5 organic Carrots
1 stick Lemon Grass
2 organic Red Peppers
1 heaping Tblsp organic natural Peanut Butter
1 heaping tsp thia red curry paste
1 package shrimp
1 Can organic Coconut milk
1 cup organic hymalyan rice
1 Cup sprouted organic brown rice
*Put everything except the rice, shrimp, lemon grass, and peppers in the vitamix. Blend on high in vitamix until smooth and creamy to make the sauce. Add sauce to slow cooker to cook.
*Make the rice and set aside (add double the water and cook for 45 minutes)
*Cut the red peppers, de-tail the shrimp and add lemon grass to the sauce in slow cooker.
*Assembly: Fill bowl with rice, top with finished curry sauce/soup. Enjoy!
