Day 41 - Nutrient Dense Healing Foods from the Earth

Upon Waking - Drink pint Glass of Water

Morning Drink - Pumpkin Chocolate Banana Morning Shake
Organic banana
Coconut water
Pumpkin Chocolate Ice Squares -- Stored in freezer (See day 34 for recipe)
*Blend until creamy.  Enjoy!




Morning Food - NA

Mid-morning drink - Water

mid-morning food - An organic farm picked Apple

Lunchtime drink - Water

lunchtime food - Chicken Avocado Wraps with  Salsa And zucchini Chips
Organic Free Range Chicken (a little baked and diced, left over from last night)
1 very ripe avocado.
*Mix together and wrap up with radicchio.   Serve with homemade salsa as dipping sauce.  Finish your salsa with homemade zucchini chips.

Afternoon Drink - Sweet Green Lemon Juice (a good sweet sour tasting refreshing drink)
Romaine
Celery
2 Lemons
Purple Grapes
1 Apple




Afternoon Food - NA

Dinnertime Drink - NA

Dinnertime Meal - Restaurant (I chose only whole foods when out, even if not organic)
Mediterranean salad
Steak
Mashed Potatoes


Evening Drink - Tea

Evening Meal - Organic healthy cheesecake - pulled some out of the freezer
