Day 30 - Nutrient Dense Healing Foods From the Earth

Upon Waking - Drink pint Glass of Water

Morning Drink - Coconut Blueberry Smoothie
*Make Coconut Blueberry Smoothie at same time as you prep the Chia Seed Pudding



Coconut Milk
Three young Thia Coconuts (Use water and meat)
*Prepare Coconut Milk first.  Blend on high for 5 minutes until creamy and smooth.  Store extra in a jug to use throughout the week.  Use the rest for your smoothie and chia seed pudding.






Coconut Blueberry Smoothie & Chia Seed Pudding (Make at same time)
*Prep Chia Seed Pudding for Lunch as you make your coconut blueberry smoothie with the rest of the coconut milk. *Add Cinnamon, Bee Pollen, Coconut Milk, Organic Vanilla, and a banana.  Blend until smooth.





*Take half and set aside for Chia Seed Pudding.  Blend the rest with Blueberries to finish the smoothie.

Chia Seed Pudding.
Pudding mixture made above
3 tblsp Chia Seeds
2 cups Pudding mixture
Raspberries, Almonds, and Pineapple for garnish
*Stir pudding mixture into the chia seeds.  Stir well so no clumping.  Add fruit, nuts, etc. and stir. Refrigerate for a few hours to set.

Take Chia Seed pudding out of fridge that was made in the morning and enjoy!



Afternoon Drink - Water

Afternoon Food - Organic Frozen Banana

Dinnertime Drink - Water

Dinnertime Meal - Bacon Tomato Lettuce Boats
Organic Bacon
Organic Tomato
Organic Romaine Lettuce Leaf
Pink Sea Salt (on tomatoes)
Dill Pickles on Side
**Assemble BLT on a lettuce leaf and eat like a boat.




Evening Drink - Grape Apple Juice
Organic Grapes
2 Organic Apples
*Juice.  Serve over ice.  SO GOOD!






Evening Meal - Handful of Organic Sprouted Almonds / Peanut Butter and Chocolate (YUM!)
Dark organic raw chocolate (85% cocoa)
Organic Peanut Butter
Organic Sprouted Almonds


Before Bed - Drink pint glass of water
