Day 45 - Nutrient Dense Whole Foods from the Earth

Upon Waking - Drink pint Glass of Water

Morning Drink - Coconut mango Pineapple Blueberry Smoothie
Organic Pineapple
Organic Mangoes
Organic Coconut water
Organic Coconut Meat
Organic Spinach
*Blend in vitamix.  Serve Cold.

 




Morning Food - NA

Mid-morning drink - NA

mid-morning food - Handful of Organic Almonds and Organic Raisins



Lunchtime drink - Earth Juice
Organic Cucumber
Organic Spinach
Organic Celery
Organic Apple
Organic Mixed Carrots




lunchtime food - Kale and Chia Chips with Homemade Salsa
(See day 37 for salsa recipe)



Afternoon Drink - Lemon Ginger Immune Builder
1 Organic Orange
4 Organic Lemons
A thumb size ginger
A tbsp raw honey
4 Cups filtered spring water
*Blend in Vitamix.  Serve hot or cold.






Afternoon Food - Water

Dinnertime Drink - Water

Dinnertime Meal - Healthy Pizza and Salad
Organic Corn Tortillas (as thin crust)
Organic Tomato Sauce
*Top with Organic spinach, organic basil, organic tomatoes, organic goats cheese.  
*Use rest as salad, top with balsamic.  Enjoy!













Evening Drink - Another glass of Lemon Ginger Immune Builder

Evening Meal - A few Dehydrated Tomatoes (Because I made them today to store for later)
Slice Tomatoes.  Dehydrate for about 10 hours.
