Day 40 - Nutrient Dense Whole Foods from the Earth

Upon Waking - Drink pint Glass of Water

Morning Drink - NA

Morning Food - Organic Greek Yogurt with frozen organic wild blueberries. 
*Mix and let it sit out until berries are thawed.



Mid-morning drink - Sweet Harvest Juice (nice flavor)
Organic Harvest Carrots
Organic Celery
Organic Cucumber
Organic Orange Pepper
Organic Romaine
Organic Apple

Lunchtime drink - Water

lunchtime food - Tuna Boats
Canned Whole Tuna
Organic Romaine Lettuce
Organic Tomatoes
Organic Cucumbers
*Use romaine as the bread/boat.  Enjoy!


Afternoon Drink - NA

Afternoon Food - Grapes

Dinnertime Drink - Water

Dinnertime Meal - Cauliflower and Kale Tabuli Salad with chicken

Organic Cauliflower
Organic Kale
Organic Red Onion
Organic Lemon
Organic Garlic spice
Pink Salt
Tomatoes
Organic Free range chicken
*Pulse cauliflower until fine like rice.  Pulse together Kale and Red onion.  Season with garlic spice and juice of 1 whole lemon.   Chop Tomatoes on top. Cook and add small amount of chicken to top.   
 








Evening Drink - Lemon Ginger Tea
Fresh lemon Fresh ginger with hot water

Evening Meal - NA

Before Bed - Drink pint glass of water
