Day 26 - Nutrient Dense Healing Foods from the Earth (Travelling so much harder)

Upon Waking - Drink pint Glass of Water

Morning Drink - Acai Blackberry Protein Shake
Acai berry (frozen)
1/2 pint Blackberries
1/2 cup Coconut Meat
2 Cups Filtered Water
Half Banana
Handful Organic Spinach
2 tbsp. Organic Raw Almond Butter

Afternoon Drink - Green Hornet Juice, from Booster Juice

Dinnertime Meal - Crab & Lobster Cake / Lamb skewers (Restaurant meal)
(The crab cake was lightly battered on the outside so not the best choice, groan, but it was still good.   I bet I could make delicious healthy crab cakes at home.  I will try and post it on another day)

Evening Meal - Nacho Chips and homemade salsa (in the hotel room)
