Day 43 - Nutrient Dense Healing Foods from the Earth

Upon Waking - Drink pint Glass of Water

Morning Drink - NA

Morning Food - Apple banana Oatmeal bake
Organic Apples
Organic Bananas
Organic Cinnamon
Organic Raisins
Organic quick oats
*Mash bananas like pudding.   Dice Apples and stir in.  Add oats, raisins, and cinnamon.  Bake in oven at 350 for 25 minutes.













Mid-morning drink - Glow Juice
Carrots
Celery
Romaine Lettuce
Apples
*Juice and drink up.

Lunchtime drink - Water

Lunchtime Food - Platter of Assorted Sandwiches to share And Assorted Appetizers to share
Egg Salad and Tuna Boats Sandwiches.
Wheat Wraps for Guests and Kids
Dehydrated Tomatoes wrapped in organic hard goat cheese
Organic Olives
Organic Cucumbers and Carrots






Afternoon Drink - Cherry Juice (posing as red wine)

Afternoon Food - Chips, Salsa, Guacamole to share
Organic Flax Chips
Homemade Salsa
Homemade Guacamole



Dinnertime Drink - Water

Dinnertime Meal - Chili and Salad
1 package organic grass fed ground beef
Jar of organic homemade Salsa
5 Whole organic garden large Tomatoes
2 Jars of organic Diced Tomatoes
1 jar organic tomato sauce
2 cans organic black beans
1 can organic Kidney beans
1 small package organic corn
Chili Powder.   1/4 cup.
*Drain and wash beans. Cook meat in crock pot until thawed.  Throw all the rest of  ingredients into crock pot to cook.   Garnish with organic greek yogurt and organic cheese.    







Dinner Salad
Fresh organic garden Tomatoes
Organic Carrot Juice Pulp
Organic Avocado
Organic Cucumber
Organic assorted diversity greens (Spinach, bokchoy, Arugula, Gogi berry greens, Beet greens, Chili greens, Edible Flowers) 



Dessert
Frozen Bananas
Frozen Pumpkin Cubes Or pumpkin pure if don't have pumpkin cubes in freezer.  (See day 34 for frozen pumpkin cube recipe)
Pumpkin Pie Spice (Cinnamon, Ginger, Nutmeg)
Small can of Coconut Milk
Peacans
Raw Coconut Sap
Pink Salt
*Chop Peacans slightly in food processor. Add tbsp coconut sap and sea salt to nuts to coat.  Set aside.  Make ice-cream with frozen bananas, pumpkin cubes and little bit of coconut milk in a food processor or vitamix.   Process until creamy like soft ice-cream.  Quickly fold/stir nuts into the mixture and serve.   Delish!  







Evening Drink - Chamomile Tea

Evening Meal - A handful of green grapes

Before Bed - Drink pint glass of water
