Dinnertime Meal - Mashed Potatoes with tomato and goats cheese
Pot of potatoes cooked in slow cooker (Mashed)
Top with left over warmed up Tomato Basil Goat cheese dip from yesterday (See day 36 for recipe)

Evening Drink - Very Lemon Water
Water, whole lemon
Evening Meal - Homemade Salsa & Juice Pulp Crackers
While I made Salsa with all the amazing produce from my own garden tonight, I snacked on some
(See Day 32 for Juice Pulp crackers)
Homemade Garden Salsa (Cooked, not raw this time)
Huge box organic garden picked Tomatoes (large, mid, cherry)
4 organic Green peppers
2 organic Red Onions
4 organic Hot peppers
A handful of garden picked Celery
2 bunches organic Cilantro
2 organic Garlic bulbs (Crushed)
Bunch organic Chives
7 organic Limes
1 organic Lemon
Balsamic Vinegar
Pink Salt
Organic Cumin
Chili Powder
Cayenne Pepper
1/4 cup Raw Honey
1 cup Organic Sundried Tomatoes
2 small cans of Organic Tomato Paste
*Cut in half, process all produce in small batches in vitamix. Stir all together with spices in large pot. Cook for 10 minutes. Can and throughout fall and winter.
