*Blend in Vitamix, serve cold

Morning Food - Scrambled Organic Eggs with garden tomatoes



Mid-morning drink - Organic Peppermint Iced-Tea

Afternoon Drink - NA

Afternoon Food - Glass of Summer Juice
Juice
Spinach
Cucumber
Carrot
Apple
Pear
*Juice and serve cold




Dinnertime Drink - Water

Dinnertime Meal - Tomato and Broccoli Rice Pilaf


Organic Tomatoes
Organic Broccoli
Organic Brown Rice
Organic Basil
Garlic (1 clove, pressed)
Organic Spinach
Organic grass fed Chicken
1 small organic red onion
Pink Salt
Lemon Juice
*Bake in oven at 350 for 1 hour. Season with organic bragg or coconut amino's
