Day 49 - Nutrient Dense Whole Foods from the Earth

Upon Waking - Drink pint Glass of Water

Morning Drink - Organic Garden Juice
Organic Celery
Organic Carrots
Organic Beets
Organic Apples
*Juice.  Serve cold




Morning Food - An organic Apple



Mid-morning drink-  Hand-pressed lemons and water (for lemonade, minus the sugar)

Lunchtime drink - NA

lunchtime food - Smoked Salmon, Raw milk Cheddar, Organic Dried Tomatoes


Afternoon Drink - Water

Afternoon Food - Raw dark Chocolate with organic natural peanut butter & blended fruit sherbet (see recipe for sherbet on day 48)


Dinnertime Drink - Water

Dinnertime Meal - Mashed Potatoes with raw mushroom gravy and sauteed mushrooms and peas
Organic Potatoes (Cook and mash)

Raw Mushroom Gravy
Assorted organic mushrooms
Parsley
Rosemary
1 glove garlic (pressed)
1 tbsp Sunflower butter
Filtered Spring Water
*Blend in vitamix on high until creamy and warm.   Serve over mashed potatoes
*Add sautéed mushrooms and peas (coconut oil)



 

 





 
Evening Drink - Water

Evening Meal - 1/4 Watermelon - eat with grapefruit spoon 


Before Bed - Drink pint glass of water
