Day 8 - Healing Earth Food Diet

 
Upon Waking - Drink pint Glass of Water

Morning Drink- Healthy V6 Juice  
Kale
Spinach
Carrots
Celery
Cucumber
Tomatoes

 
Morning Food- NA

Mid-morning drink- NA

mid-morning food-   Hemp chia cereal with fruit and almond milk
Organic Sliced peaches
Organic Rasberries
Organic Blueberries
Hemp hearts
Chia Seeds
Almond Milk (see homemade recipe, day 7)
 


Lunchtime drink - Water

lunchtime food -  Creamy corn chowder and veggie rice wraps.


Creamy corn curry chowder. 
5 cobs of corn, slice the corn off (corn can be cooked or raw)
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/2 tsp Curry Paste
*Blend in vitamix.  Serve cold, or warm up on stovetop or vitamix.    Garnish with extra kernels of corn, salt, pepper, and paprika.






Veggie rice wraps
Brown rice paper roll
Gaucamole (left over from night before)
1 Carrot (Shaved or spiralized
1 Cucumber (cute lengthwise in thin strips, no skin)
A few pieces of spinach
Brown angle hair rice noodles, heated in boiling water about a minute.
*Wrap up and dip in Salsa.*If it didn't have guacamole, I'd make the same thing and make a peanut curry sauce to dip.  Recipe coming another day.




Afternoon Drink - Water

Afternoon Food - NA

Dinnertime Drink - Water

Dinnertime Meal - BLT salad for the main, and banana cream pie for dessert

Healthy BLT Sandwich
Organic Garden tomatoes
Organic Bacon
Organic Romaine
*Assemble with two slices lettuce as a sandwhich, or one slice to eat as a boat.  Note: The boat is easier.




Banana Cream Pie

Raw Almond Crust
Left over almond pulp
Tblsp of Cashew butter
Half cup shredded Coconut
Dates, figs, raisins or prunes.  I used prunes for this one, but I would have rather used dates or raisins.
* Process in food processor until dough-like, press into baking dish, place in freezer. 







Healthy Banana Cream Filling
Frozen bananas (3)
Organic Coconut milk (half of half of a can)
Vanilla (Scoop out of bean)
Dash Cinamon
Dash Pink Salt
1 tbsp coconut nectar
*Blend in Vitamix until creamy smooth.  Pour Mixture into frozen crust.  Top with sliced bananas, pinch cocao powder.  Set back in freezer and allow to freeze a few hours.  Take out 5 minutes prior to eating.  Serve and enjoy!











Evening Drink - Chamomile tea

Evening Meal - NA

Before Bed - Drink pint glass of water
