Day 19 - Nutrient Dense Healing Earth Foods Diet

Upon Waking - Drink pint Glass of Water

Morning Drink - Water

Morning Food - Carrot Cake, sooooo healthy good for breakfast!

Mid-morning drink - Water

mid-morning food - Carrot Cake - What else!  
(Now I'm officially carrot caked out, and freezing the rest!)

Lunchtime drink  - Water

lunchtime food - Too full from carrot cake! 

Afternoon Drink - Peppermint Iced-Tea
*Left over from night before, put in fridge overnight.


Afternoon Food -An Organic orange
*Easy trick to Peel - prepare to be amazed!

 Dinnertime Drink - Healthy virgin Pear-Ginger-tini
Organic Basket of pears
A piece of organic ginger (pull off about a thumb size)
About an inch of vanilla bean
Coconut Water
Filtered Water
*Juice pears, vanilla bean and ginger. Add juice to Vitamix and another half coconut water, blend.   Top with filtered water and stir. Garnish with blackberry and add ice.   Enjoy!












Dinnertime Meal - Organic Zucchini Tomato Lasagna Planets
Organic Extra large garden Zucchini
Organic Extra large field Tomatoes
Onions
Organic Spinach
Organic homemade pesto
4-5 Sun dried Tomatoes soaked in oil
Pink Salt
Organic Garlic Powder
Organic Pasture Raised Ground Beef
Parmesan Cheese
Organic Raw Milk Cheddar Cheese
*Cook ground beef and onions in crock pot, while you prepare the rest.   Layer Zucchini, Tomatoes pesto, homemade tomato sauce, cheese into a lasagna pan as a casserole, but individually as planets.  See picture below for assembly instructions.  Bake at 350 for 3 hours.   Enjoy!












Cut the zucchini in rounds and lay flat


Top with frozen homemade pesto


Layer with tomatoes



Layer with Parmesan cheese


Layer with spinach


Add salt and garlic powder to a layer


Cut basil and rosemary into a layer


Add some raw cheddar


Make the sauce.  Extra tomatoes, basil zucchini, herbs, sun dried tomatoes, add a bit of water and blend in vitamix. Or use some canned organic tomato sauce.




Pour sauce on top




Add layer of cooked ground beef and onions


Another layer of either tomato or Zucchini on top of the round on the bottom.


More sauce


Rest of cheese on top.


Bake, stopping to squeeze away water into a cup as it bakes.  The tomato makes it very watery, so remember to baste it off.






Serve and enjoy!

Dessert. 
What else!  Okay, carrot cake, in the freezer you go now.
