Day 16 - The Healing Earth Diet

Upon Waking - Drink pint Glass of Water

Morning Drink - Healthy Chocolate Power Shake
- 1 Scoop raw cacao
- 2 tbsp Organic Almond Butter
- 2 ripe organic bananas
- Organic Milk
-1 tsp organic honey
*Blend in Vitamix.   Pour and enjoy.  Save the rest of the batch to drink over the next 2-3 days.







 
Morning Food - Healthy Banana Oatmeal
Walnuts
Chia Seeds
Gogi Berries
Bee pollen
Flax seeds
Raisins
1 Banana
Steel Cut Oats
*Pulse dry ingredients in food processor until broken down into granola like pieces.
*Mix into warm oatmeal and smashed banana.  Top with a splash organic milk and cinnamon.








Mid-morning drink - NA

mid-morning food -  An organic pear 




Lunchtime drink - Sour Ball Green Juice
Zucchini
Celery
Kale
Plums

(not as tasty as some of them, a little too sour)

Afternoon Drink - Carrot Celery Juice


Afternoon Food - Grapes, carrots, and raw milk organic cheddar


Dinnertime Drink - Water

Dinnertime Meal - Healthy Organic Asian Cabbage Chicken Salad
Organic Purple Garden Cabbage
Organic Garden chives
Organic Sweet red onions
Organic Coconut Amino's  (a super healthy alternative to soy sauce)
Organic Assorted Wild Mushrooms (cooked in organic ghee and coconut oil blend)
Organic Raw Mushroom Blend Powder
Organic Free Range Chicken (bake or roast)
*Saute mushrooms & cook chicken (I had my chicken left over from 2 days ago).   Set aside to cool.
*Slice Cabbage into slaw noodles, cut in chives, dice in onions, add tsp of mushroom powder, add mushrooms and chicken, and add coconut amino's for dressing.  Toss and serve.  Delish! 












Evening Drink - Water

Evening Meal - Cold Organic Healthy Sesame Raisin Bars
2 cups of sesame Seeds
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup of tahini butter
1 tsp of organic Cinnamon powder
1 Scoop Super Seed Powder, from Garden of Life (an organic blend of flax, legumes and seeds)
1 tbsp Coconut Oil
1 tsp organic vanilla
3 tbsp coconut nectar (honey if you don't have this)
Grind of Pink Salt
*Stir all ingredients together in a bowl (no need for blender or food processor.  Press into lightly greased pan.  Press down firmly.   Freeze. Cut and serve immediately.  These are SO good!
