Day 3 - Healing Earth Foods Diet

Upon Waking - Drink pint Glass of Water

Morning Drink - Hot water, lemon, manuka honey

Morning Food - N/A

Mid-morning drink - Just Green Juice
Kale, Celery, Cucumber, Spinach

Mid-morning food - Red Grapes


 

 

Lunchtime drink -  Fresh pressed Carrot Juice


lunchtime food - Apple Sandwich
Sliced Apple
Pumpkin Butter
Raisins



My kids had an apple sandwich too
Sliced Apple
Peanut Butter (organic, natural)
choc chips (organic, dark)
Raisins





Afternoon Drink - Water

Afternoon Food - Left over Cauliflower Thai rice

Dinnertime Drink - Water

Dinnertime Meal - Spinach Tomato Pizza

SPINACH CRUST
One large package spinach, rinsed and pat dry
1 large egg
1 clove pressed garlic
Sea salt
2 tblsp Super Seed powder from Garden of Life.  Or flax seed powder.  Or any kind of raw seeds.
*Blend in Vitamix, Pour into lightly greased pan (coconut oil).
Bake 325 for 20 minutes.   Then 200 for 30 minutes.   Or until firm.  Cool and Take out.






TOPPINGS
Garden cherry Tomatoes
Garden Basil
Sun dried tomatoes
Olives
Feta cheese
Raw Milk Cheddar Cheese

Bake in OVEN at 425 for 15 minutes.  Broil on high for a few minutes.  Until looks like pizza.








** Serve with side salad made out of left over pizza toppings and leafy greens.   Toss with Olive Oil, balsamic vinegar.




Evening Drink - Chamomile Tea

Evening Meal - Healthy Peanut Butter Chocolate Ice Cream
Bananas (2 or 3 peeled and broken up.  Place in freezer at least 5 hours before eating)
Half avocado
2  heaping tblsp of raw cocoa
*Blend in food possessor until creamy like ice-cream.
* Stir in a heaping tblsp of organic natural peanut butter.
*Serve immediately.  
(NEXT TIME I MAKE, I WOULD OMIT AVACADO)
