Day 1 - Nutrient Dense Organic Whole Foods from the Earth

Upon Waking - Drink pint Glass of Water

Morning Drink - Lemon Strawberry Crush. (In juicer)
2 lemons
2 apples
Pint strawberries
Over filtered ice



Morning Food - Raw Peach Cobbler
Fresh sliced Peaches in a bowl
Topping (in vitamix or food processor)
1/2 cup almonds
cinnamon
sea salt
pinch vanilla
4 pitted medjool dates
Pulse until a crumble consistency.
Add in hemp hearts at end.  Pulse quickly or need in with hands.
Pat down over top of peaches.  Can refrigerate to store or eat right away.



 

 
Mid-morning drink -  Hardcore Green Juice (not great tasting, but very heavy on the greens)
Carrots
Spinach
Lettuce
Cucumber
Celery
zucchini
apple
Orange

mid-morning food -  N/A

Lunchtime drink - Pint of Water with lime and mint leaves

Lunchtime food - Melon mint chicken summer salad
Garden Cantaloupe - cut in cubes
Organic chicken - cold cubed
feta cheese - crumbled
Garden mint, diced
Garden fresh peas, some shucked, some cut
Avocado - cubed in
Lime - one whole squeezed for dressing



Afternoon Drink - Summer Beach Juice (in Juicer)
Bunch carrots with topped
One lime
Cilantro
Parsley
Pineapple with core
* Serve over ice on beach



Afternoon Food -  Health Cookie made by son
organic natural peanut butter
raisins
cinnamon
bananas
quick oats (gluten free, organic)
a few choc chips (dark, organic)
bake in oven 375 for 15 minutes

Afternoon Food #3 - Bunch of Grapes

Dinnertime Drink - Water

Dinnertime Meal - Mexican Fiesta Wraps
Organic Corn Wrap
Raw Milk Cheddar Cheese, grated
Organic Chicken
Corn, fresh off cob
spaghetti squash
zucchini
cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
Cilantro, diced fine
Homemade Guacamole (avocado, sea salt, lemon, chives)




Evening Drink - Chamomile tea

Evening Food - n/a

Before Bed - Drink pint glass of water
