Day 5 - Healing Foods Earth Diet

Upon Waking - Drink pint Glass of Water

Morning Drink - Tropical Sunrise Smoothie  
Coconut Water
Coconut Meat
Orange
Lemon
Grapefruit
Spinach



 
Morning Food - N/A

Mid-morning drink - PB&J Smoothie with the kids
Organic Strawberries (Fresh or Frozen.  Frozen work well to make it nice and cold)
Organic Peanut Butter
Organic Banana
Organic Milk
Garden Spinach
*Blend and serve chilled.  SLURP!




mid-morning food - N/A

Lunchtime drink - Water

lunchtime food - Left over Greenplanet quinoa and cheese

Afternoon Drink - Green Bullet Juice 
Broccoli
Kale
Cucumber
Red Pepper
Zucchini
Pineapple
Orange


Afternoon Food - Hardboiled Egg

Dinnertime Drink - Water

Dinnertime Meal - Healthy Spaghetti
Juicer pulp turkey meatballs with organic marina sauce over zucchini noodles and brown rice angel hair noodles.  Topped with crumbled feta cheese. 




Juicer Pulp Turkey Meatballs
- Organic Ground turkey
- Left over juicer pulp
- One clove crushed garlic
- Fresh herbs (basil, thyme, oregano, chives.  Whatever you have on hand)
- Sea salt, cayenne pepper
- 1 Egg
 ** Mix together well, mold into golf ball shaped balls.  Bake in oven at 350 for 30 minutes.








Zucchini Noodles & Brown Rice Noodles (combined)
- Fresh garden zucchini, spiralized (leave cold)
- Brown rice angel hair pasta, cooked in boiling water for 1 minute. (strain)
** mix together




* Serve with heated meatballs and organic marina sauce over top.  Top with crumbled feta or fresh Parmesan.


Evening Drink -  Hot Lemon Water

Evening Meal - Half Papaya (eat with spoon)


Before Bed - Drink pint glass of water
