My current diet is Organic, nutrient dense, whole foods, from the earth. 75%plant,25% clean animal protein. 70% raw/living, 30% cooked. I'm committed to recording my diet of healing foods for 100 days.
MY RULE is simple: EAT 100% organic Fresh foods from the earth. In all colors and copious amounts of plants with small amounts of clean animal protein to avoid deficiencies.
Juice it, blend it, eat it. Get it in.
And always remember, let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.
