Day 20 - Nutrient Dense Healing Earth Foods from the earth

Upon Waking - Drink pint Glass of Water

Morning Drink - Pear Ginger Juice

Morning Food - Chia Seed Breakfast pudding
2 scoops organic chia seeds
1 scoop organic hemp seeds
Different varieties of fruit
Honey
Almond Milk (homemade). Almonds, filtered water, 4 medjool dates, cinnamon, vanilla. Blend and strain.
*Layer in jar. Pour almond milk overtop. Seal, shake well, and refrigerate overnight.














*This recipe did not turn out as well as I hoped.  It wasn't quite sweet enough and it required more liquid as it was too hard in the morning.  So I scooped it out, added some more almond milk and a little honey, and it was good to go. I will perfect this recipe next time.  Maybe a mashed banana would give it a little sweetness without the sweetener being added.  I have a few more jar to figure this out with!






Mid-morning drink - Carrot Almond Frap
1/2 Carrot juice
1/2 Almond milk
Stir and enjoy.   YUM!







mid-morning food - Organic Purple Grapes

Lunchtime drink - Water

lunchtime food - Smoked Salmon, brown rice cracker, raw milk cheddar, cherry, tomatoes.   Chamomile tea and organic health snackaroon.



Afternoon Drink - Water

Afternoon Food - Sesame Seed Bar

Dinnertime Drink - Carrot, zucchini, spinach, kale juice with baobab powder

Dinnertime Meal - Organic Popcorn with healthy spices. Bowl of goji berries.




 
Evening Drink -  Peppermint Tea

Evening Meal -NA
