DAY 13 - Healing Earth Foods Diet

Upon Waking - Drink pint Glass of Water

Morning Drink - Green Kiss Smoothie
Pineapple (half)
2 Small Garden Cucumbers
1 Banana
Half Lemon
1 Yellow Plum
Scoop Chia Seeds
*Blend and enjoy!



Morning Food - Steel-Cut Oatmeal with organic garden blueberries

Mid-morning drink - NA

mid-morning food - NA

Lunchtime drink - Small Glass Mint Smoothie (From Yesterday.  See recipe on day 12)


Lunchtime food - Sundried Tomato and Olive Nut Cheese Spread with Brown rice crackers
1 cashews
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
A few walnuts
(Soaked for 2 hours)
6 Sundried Tomatoes
5 Kalamata Olives
Pink Salt
1 Clove Garlic, pressed
*Process in Food Processor until smooth cheese spread consistency.
*Spread on a cracker, garnish how you like, and enjoy!












Afternoon Drink - Carrot Celery Juice

Afternoon Food - NA

Dinnertime Drink -  Filtered Spring Water with lemons and blueberries

Dinnertime Meal - Salmon with Organic Garden Green Beans & Homemade Garden Salsa
Deep Sea Salmon, baked 350 for 12 minutes
Organic Garden Green Beans:  Steam Beans, toss in A stick of organic butter and pink salt
Organic Homemade Salsa (left over from yesterday.  See Day 12 for recipe)









Evening Drink - Cherry Juice Wine

Evening Meal - Organic Air popped Popcorn with Pink Salt and tossed in organic butter. 
Toss in spices:  Cayenne, Garlic, Chili Powder, Turmeric.
