Day 7 - Healing Earth Foods Diet

Upon Waking - Drink pint Glass of Water

Morning Drink - Carrot Pineapple Juice (in juicer)



Morning Food - Healthy Frosted Flakes with Almond Milk



Almond Milk
1 Cup almonds, soak overnight
3 Majool Dates, soak overnight
Rinse Well in morning, blend in Vitamix with 4 Cups water
Add to vitamix, Dash cinnamon,  2 inches vanilla bean 
Strain. Serve Cold.










* Good in fridge for 5 days.  Save almond pulp in fridge for another recipe.

Healthy Frosted Flakes
Organic Coconut Flakes, toast in oven at 350 for 5 minutes (until lightly toasted as below)



**Serve cereal with blueberries and peaches and almond milk.

Lunchtime drink - Water

Afternoon Drink - Kale Spinach Grape Juice

Red Grapes
*Juice, serve over ice. Perfect for a hot summer day.





Afternoon Food - A Peach on the beach, a handful of grapes

Dinnertime Drink - Wine (aka Organic Tart cherry juice) 


 
Dinnertime Meal -   Appetizer Treat Night 
Liver Pate
Raw Milk Cheddar Cheese
Juice Pulp Crackers





Tomato Kale Flax Crackers
Juice Pulp from Bloody Mary Juice night before
Add Pink Salt
1 large scoop of ground flax, a handful of flaxseeds. 
Add rosemary
Roll out flat and thing with roller pin or hands. 
Cut/score with pizza cutter
Bake at 275 for 45 minutes or until desired consistency. 





Healthy Liver Pate (Nutrient Dense, Iron Rich Food)
Organic Grass Fed Beef Liver
4 Cloves Garlic
1 Large White  Onion
Cook in crockpot until fully cooked.

When Cooked, put in food processor
Add Pink Salt
Bunch Parsley
Any other spices
*Process until smooth, place in fridge for at least 3 hours.  Serve cold with homemade crackers.
 
Shrimp with Garlic Lemon Butter
Shrimp
Organic butter (tsp), melted
Half Squeezed organic lemon
Dash Organic Chile Flakes



Flax Chips with Salsa and Guacamole.

Cheat Salsa
Half jar organic store salsa
Dice one large Garden tomato
Cut in herbs (Chives, Cilantro)
*Stir together, serve

Guacamole
2 avocado, mashed in bowl
Half lemon, squeezed.
Pink Salt (quite a few turns, 5)
Cut in herbs (Chives, cilantro



* Serve with healthy store bought chips or homemade.

Evening Drink - Chamomile Tea
- Fresh Garden Camomile steeped with filtered hot water.



Evening Meal - NA
