Day 4 - Healing Foods Diet

Upon Waking - Drink pint Glass of Water

Morning Drink - N/A

Morning Food - An Apple

Mid-morning drink - Carrot pineapple juice


  
Mid-morning food -
Spoonful of pumpkin butter
Slice of grapefruit
A boiled egg (organic, local free range)



Lunchtime drink -  Water

lunchtime food - Green Planet Quinoa and Cheese
Quinoa, cook per instructions
Brocoli, cut or pulse into small pieces
Raw milk organic cheddar cheese, Shredded
Organic Milk
Sea Salt
*Put cheese and milk in vitamix on high until smooth
*pour mixture over warm quinoa and steamed broccoli pieces and serve





Afternoon Drink - Green Machine Juice
Celery, Kale, Spinach, Tomato




Afternoon Food - Half Paypaya


Dinnertime Drink - Water

Dinnertime Meal - NA

Evening Drink - Chamomile tea

Evening Meal - Tomato Corn Salad
Fresh Garden lettuce & spinach
Fresh Corn on cobb (sliced off)
Garden Tomatoes
Chicken pieces (organic)



Before Bed - Drink pint glass of water
