Afternoon Drink - Watermelon Juice
Half large Watermelon
2 Limes
Peppermint Leaves
*Blend Watermelon in Vitamix, Juice lime by hand and add juice, Strain into glass, add peppermint leaves to the inside of glass jar for flavor. Chill and serve. YUM!
*Pour some into some popsicle molds for later.
