Day 2 - Healing Food Recipes

Upon Waking - Drink pint Glass of Water

Morning Drink - Coconut Strawberry Milkshake



One thai young coconut (meat and water)
Quart of organic strawberries
1 tsp Manuka honey
Blend in vitamix until creamy

Morning Food - N/A

Mid-morning drink - Hardcore Green Drink
Spinach, Celery, Romaine Lettuce, Zucchini, Carrots.
(not great tasting, but gets in so many vegetables at once)

Lunchtime drink - Water

lunchtime food - Tuna Boats


Canned solid white tuna (natural brand)
Romaine Lettuce leafs.  
Organic Mayo or olive Oil with Sea Salt
Serve cold, enjoy.

Afternoon Drink - Water

Afternoon Food - NA

Dinnertime Drink - Water

Dinnertime Meal - Thai Curry Caulifower Rice with Spinach and Chicken



Cauliflower Rice
Raw Cauliflower (break into small florets)
Sea Salt
Fresh herbs (cut fine)
*Pulse in food prossessor for about a minute until rice like pieces.




Chicken - Organic grass fed (baked)

Spinach (steamed lightly)

Thai Curry Sauce
- Small can of coconut milk + some filtered water to thin / Or just coconut water
- Half avacodo
- Fresh pressed garlic clove
- Cup of cashews
- Sea Salt
- Curry Spice (1 or 2 tsp to desired flavor)
- pinch cayenne pepper
* Blend in Vitamix until creamy.




Toss all ingredients together in bowl, serve.

Evening Drink - Chamomile Tea

Evening Meal - Small bowl popcorn
(organic air popped, with sea salt and organic butter)

Evening Meal #2 - Red Grapes

Before Bed - Drink pint glass of water
